A 5 year partnership agreement--December 2008 The San Diego--Riverside Chapter of the Forest Fire Lookout Association has been chartered to partner with the Cleveland National Forest to operate and restore the lookouts as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation with a volunteer staff. |
